Comments and recommendations received on this Galapagos cruise:
You have likely heard from Sam that our trip went very well, despite all our initial delays!. We really enjoyed Galapagos ...the boat and crew were great, and all the transfers worked smoothly.
Quito and the Andes were beautiful, and Maurice was a great guide and very flexible with our requested changes in our Quito tour. As you might have heard, however, my husband, Vahid, had a rough time with the altitude, particularly when near Cotopaxi at 12,000 ft.
We wish to thank, and commend, Maurice, our guide, and William, our driver, with the care and attention they gave my husband. When it looked like he simply could not handle the altitude, William very graciously drove us back to Quito Saturday evening, despite having already driven all day with us touring the area. The change in altitude was very helpful, and we were able to return to the US on Sunday. Thankfully, my husband is doing fine now that we are back in the US.
Thank you with all your assistance with our travel to Ecuador. It is a beautiful country!

Good Evening Maria,
We had a really great time, thank you.
We were impressed by the quality of the boat, our room and the quality of the food. Christian, our guide, had fantastic English, he was very knowledgeable, skilled at spotting wildlife and looked after our safety. The crew were wonderful. They took care of our each and every need with good cheer.
Thank you for your helpful and efficient service. We would recommend you to our friends.
Thank you for your cooperation and help on our Galapagos trip. I will certainly recommend your services to others. We had a great time in Ecuador.

I know we are very late with some feedbacks of the Galapagos & Peru vacation, though here we are.
Things were running very fast since we came back and we had to keep on track.
First of all thank you very much for letting us having booked such a great vacation through you. The first compliment goes to your kindness and professionality.
I can easily remember that everything on board of the Odyssey yacht was running great, and we were lucky with the weather conditions for 90% of the trip.
Crew and guide (great Haime & Shashi) were very friendly and professional.
For the Peru trip we can confirm we were mainly satisfied, since some agents were taking care of our touring and staying in a superlative way (Cuzco team) and others, were behaving in some situations negatively (Libertador Puno: I still owe them 50 USD, please let me know their IBAN if possible, and I will send them the due amount).
In all I will be happy to recommend your agency in the future and will call you again for future South American trips.
Very kind regards Doris, mucha salud y suerte!

The trip started like a Kafka novel! My flight from Toronto to Miami was cancelled and I was switched to another airline. When I eventually got to Quito my luggage was missing. It did not arrive until just before I had to leave for the flight to the Galapagos, and then only because the hotel concierge had a friend working at the airport who kindly picked it up for me. The tour of Quito was very interesting, but I was the only one on it. Then I had a private driver to take me to the restaurant where I dined alone! I was beginning to think: This is weird! However, once on board the Odyssey all was perfection: the crew, the passengers, the food, the activities planned and the guides, especially Tatiana, were excellent. I can sum up my trip in one word : "BRILLIANT" Thank you for your part in it.
You have beaten my to the punch, my rather long job list for today included writing to you, to tell you what a wonderful experience we have enjoyed thanks to your work on our behalf. The accommodations aboard the M/Y Odyssey, cabin number 1, were bright, spacious and comfortable. There were some problems with the air conditioning when we arrived on board and we were offered another cabin below deck which we declined. Fortunately, the engineer was able to repair the air conditioning by later the same evening. The buffet presented at all meals was varied and always excellent. The Captain and crew were all most friendly and obliging and took very good care of us when ever we disembarked or returned to the ship. Our guide, Tatiana Bucheli, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions thoroughly and to our satisfaction whatever they may have had reference to. If we were taking the trip again we would ask for nothing to be changed.
Thank you once again Christian, I would recommend your services to anyone contemplating such an adventure. In fact, at some point in the not too distant future, we may wish to come back to Ecuador and visit other areas of your beautiful country.
