Comments and recommendations received on this Galapagos cruise:
I just wanted to send this short note to thank you for all your help in organizing what has been an amazing holiday here in Ecuador. The Gal?pagos was unforgettable. The Beagle, it's crew and guide were fantastic. The 2 hotels, Casa de La Ronda, and Patio Andaluz, were superb. The transfers have worked well,
We hope to return to your beautiful country again in the future. There is so much more to see and do.
Many thanks, and best wishes

Thank you so much for writing! I am sorry that I haven't gotten back to you yet with my feedback; it has been really busy as I get my feet under me this new year! Rachel and I truly had a wonderful time on our cruise.
Everything was taken care for us, even taking heavy luggage from the deck to our room, and back up on the day we were ending our cruise. The food was quite good, and they gave me fish every time we ate red meat (which I appreciated). We got to see all the animals and sealife we wanted to see (except for the waved albatross, but no one could help that because of its migration schedule), and I got very, very close to all sorts of amazing creatures (swimming with sea lions, turtles, etc.). I liked our guide, she was very knowledgeable...and the Beagle had nice rooms, plenty spacious for our needs, plenty of hot water, and I really didn't desire much else. Well, except for snacks, but I have just made a note to bring more snacks in the future! I do like to snack, and have a variety of things to munch on, throughout the day. Maybe, though, if the Beagle provided more snacks (variety and quantity) everyone would just be snacking all of the time, and it would lead to wastage at dinner, or something like that. I am not sure?.
You were a pleasure to work with, and I would completely recommend you and Columbus Travel to anyone in the future. We send you our very best, and I'd love to perhaps organize something else in the future, perhaps a mountain trek, etc. Rachel is in Riobamba for the next couple of months, still serving at that orphanage (which I got to visit and loved!), and Ecuador will remain in our hearts for our lifetimes, I'm sure. I am CC'ing Rachel just in case she has anything to add!
Thank you so much for all your help and the help of your team. We had a Wonderful holiday and it was made all the more enjoyable by the excellent management of the trip by Columbus Travel. We really appreciated the professional way everything was organized.
Unfortunately I suffered from altitude sickness when I was in Quito but we were able to leave one day earlier, which made all the difference. Thanks again for making the hotel changes at short notice

I want to thank you for all your help organizing my trip to the Galapagos Islands. In retrospect, I must say everything went according to the plan. And your service was excellent. So I want to thank you and Columbus Travel; the Galapagos island trip was an extraordinary experience. Thank you!
